Treaty Annuity Settlement Member Disbursement Form AMENDED

If you or your dependent(s) registration paperwork with Cold Lake First Nations was delayed by ISC processing, and you missed the submission deadline of JULY 31, 2023 for the Treaty Annuity Settlement or did not apply for the funds due to an ISC application processing delay, but can prove you submitted your ISC registration application before JULY 31, 2023, you can now reapply for the Treaty Annuity Settlement Disbursement Funds.

The deadline for new or reapplying applicants is DECEMBER 31st, 2023.

If approved, you must provide your new Status Number by JULY 15th, 2024, for fund disbursement.

Funds will only be distributed until July 15th, 2024, or until depleted.

Only applications that qualify under these specific circumstances will be considered.
