Rules:
One designated boat captain with a personal floatation device (PFD). No surrounding swimmers pulling or pushing from the water.
Decorations encouraged, provided they are not used as structural or floatation elements.
Boats must be completely enclosed or permit the captain to remain fully on top of the vessel. No legs or arms can be used to propel the boat.
Permitted Building Materials:
Corrugated cardboard/boxes/blocks/tubes, duct tape, canoe paddles, decorations
Unacceptable Building Materials:
No wood, plastic, rubber, inflatable devices, Styrofoam, or fiberglass
No caulking compounds, two-part/mixed adhesives, glues, or epoxy mixtures/coatings
No electric, gasoline, benzene, propane, or other chemical propulsion systems
No surfboard style boats allowed
