CLFN Member Survey for the Band Administration Review Project

We Want To Hear From You!!

Chief and Council have begun a review of the many programs and services provided by the Nation. They are very interested in getting your ideas on what works well and what needs to be improved. The purpose of the review is to ensure Band Administration is efficient and effective and CLFN resources are being used to their fullest potential. Chief and Council has contracted Nichols Applied Management of Edmonton to do this review.

The focus of the review is on the Cold Lake First Nation organization, including programs and services overseen by the Nation. It does not include the LeGoff School or Band owned entities (Casino Dene, Hotel Dene and Conference Centre, Primco Dene, etc.).

Every member is encouraged to complete this survey. Please complete all the questions you are able – if there are questions you do not feel able to respond to, please skip them and move on to the next.

**Please note: this survey is confidential – only the consultants will see your responses. The results of the surveys will be reported collectively – no individual opinions will be shared. Once complete, results of the survey will be shared with the Membership, and will be used to guide the review.**

Paper copies are available at the Band Office and EBay Centre for those unable to complete it online.

Everyone who completes a survey before January 15, 2021 will be entered in a chance to win one of three computer tablets. You may only complete this survey once.
