Cold Lake First Nations and Beaver Lake Cree Nation Join Forces to Host the Treaty 1-11 Gathering

Cold Lake First Nations, November 29th, 2024 – In a historic collaboration, Cold Lake First Nations and Beaver Lake Cree Nation are set to co-host the highly anticipated Treaty 1-11 Gathering from August 26th to 30th, 2024. This significant educational conference aims to celebrate and strengthen the cultural ties and shared history among the Indigenous peoples of the Treaty 1-11 nations.

The Treaty 1-11 Gathering will feature a series of engaging activities, traditional ceremonies, and discussions that highlight the rich heritage of the participating nations. This collaborative effort between Cold Lake First Nations and Beaver Lake Cree Nations underscores their commitment to fostering unity, understanding, and solidarity among Indigenous communities.

Registration Details:

Individuals and groups interested in participating in the Treaty 1-11 Gathering are required to register to secure their spot.
