A Cold Lake First Nations band councillor, who pleaded guilty to possessing marijuana for trafficking purposes, said he is sorry if his actions hurt anyone.
“I don’t want to give a bad name to the people I represent,” said Kelsey James Jacko in a phone interview with the Cold Lake Sun.
