Cold Lake First Nations is providing official notice to Members of the upcoming Ratification Vote for the Cold Lake First Nations Treaty 6 Agricultural Benefits Settlement Agreement and Trust Agreement.
The vote will determine whether Members approve the proposed Settlement Agreement and Trust Agreement and authorize Chief and Council to take the necessary steps to give effect to the agreements.

Monday, October 5, 2026
9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Electronic Voting
Electronic voting through OneFeather will be available from September 21, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. until October 5, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.
To vote online, visit the Cold Lake First Nations voting page on OneFeather and select “Log in/Sign up” or “Vote Now.”
Members will need their 10-digit Registry/Status Number beginning with “464,” date of birth, and a personal email address.
Who Can Vote?
All Cold Lake First Nations Voters who are at least 18 years of age as of October 5, 2026 are eligible to vote.
Mail-In Ballots
Mail-in ballots are available by contacting the Ratification Officer. Members wishing to vote by mail are encouraged to request their package by September 21, 2026.
Completed mail-in ballot packages must be received by the Ratification Officer by the close of polls on October 5, 2026.

All off-reserve Cold Lake First Nations Band Members will have their packages mailed directly to them.
