Cold Lake First Nations Employment and Training Department is committed to helping CLFN members become self sufficient, productive members of society by enhancing their employability dimensions such as career decision making, employment maintenance and skills enhancement and development. The department provides funding for short term skills development training leading to immediate employment. Funding is provided on a need basis.
