The English Bay Treaty Grounds were alive with excitement during our annual Treaty Days Celebration;
July 12th, 13th and 14th. Every year this event brings our community together in a very special way, and this year was no exception!
A delicious pancake breakfast was hosted by the Health Centre, and a great lineup of games and activities were organized by our amazing staff & volunteers.
Some highlights of the weekend included the Swearing In Ceremony of our new Chief and Council, music from Country Fyre Band, a Dene Tea Dance, a BBQ dinner hosted by Seven Lakes Oilfield Services, a performance by ‘The Joe Show’, a movie under the stars, free family portraits and a spectacular fireworks show!
Huge thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success, including the security team, our staff & volunteers, the canteens, the performers, and all of our corporate sponsors! We can’t wait to do it again next year!
